5. Terms of Use

• Using the Platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering, fraud or any other criminal offence.

• Sharing or selling your Account, login credentials or any associated benefits with any third party.

Where power5555 identifies or reasonably suspects prohibited activity, it reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant Account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, audio-visual materials and user interface design, is the proprietary property of power5555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any content from the Platform in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of power5555. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, power5555's aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of funds held in your Account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless power5555, its officers, employees and service providers from any claims, losses, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Platform.

11. Responsible Gambling
